  • Shipping times vary by region and can take 2–20 business days.

  • Novique is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@novique.ink with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
