  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    All our products are made to order, so delivery includes both production and shipping time.

    Production time: 2–5 business days

    Shipping time:

    UK & Europe: 2–7 business days

    US & Canada: 3–8 business days

    International: 5–20 business days

    You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship worldwide. Whether you’re in London, New York, Tokyo, or anywhere in between — we’ve got you. Your order will be fulfilled from the closest facility to minimize wait times.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. In some cases, we offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions — so keep an eye out.

  • Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

    For international orders (outside the UK, US, or EU), your country may charge customs, duties, or VAT upon delivery. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer if applicable.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

    Since everything is made to order, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. If something’s off, send us a photo at info@novique.ink and we’ll sort it out fast.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    We start production shortly after you place an order, so cancellations or changes aren’t always possible. If you need to modify something, email us at info@novique.ink ASAP and we’ll do our best.

  • Will I get tracking info?

    Yes — as soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can follow your order from our warehouse to your door.

  • How do I contact you?

    You can reach us anytime at info@novique.ink or through Contact Page. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday.

  • Are your items unisex?

    Even if some of our photos only feature female or male models, all our products are unisex unless it says otherwise. Style doesn’t have a gender — if you vibe with it, wear it. Easy.

  • Can I request a custom design?

    Yes, and we love that energy. Got a vision in your head? Want a tweak to one of our designs? Or maybe something totally unique made just for you? Hit us up — we’re always down to make something special happen.

  • Why are your product names kinda weird?

    Because we like to have fun with it. Life’s too short for boring names — so don’t be surprised if you stumble across a space frog or hoodie gremlin. It’s all part of the vibe.
